Hi, I’m Rebecca. I am a certified coach, thought partner, co-conspirator, and provocateur. As an executive and personal development coach, I help you find clarity, action, and joy as you navigate career and life transitions.
As a skilled listener and observer, I like to bring my curiosity, presence, intuition, and sense of humor to every coaching engagement. I delight in watching clients discover their own internal resources and love to help people find their next great job, journey, or pathway.
Having spent my career in a variety of roles bridging technology and people, I bring two decades of digital marketing and editorial experience to my work as an organizational coach. Based in Seattle, I have served as a senior leader at startups and Fortune 100 companies, including roles at Picnic Works, Bsquare, Providence St. Joseph Health, VMware, Microsoft, and Amazon.com.
In addition to my ACC certification from the International Coaching Federation and my Certificate in Organizational Coaching from the University of British Columbia, I have master’s degrees in Library & Information Science and Italian Literature from the University of Washington. When I’m not coaching developers or crafting copy, I love to host dinner parties and read classic novels.
